On Friday, my boyfriend and I went to the annual asparagus festival that my are has near the end of april. It was a gorgeous day.. Felt like summer already! I enjoyed spending time with my boyfriend just me and him and walking around looking at different food booths and just enjoying eachother's company. We could not pass up the deep fried asparagus of course! Even though it was against my diet, but hey it comes annually, what's a girl suppose to do? lol.. I just worked out really hard that day. Lately I haven't showing pictures of me getting all glamed up. I haven't been really wearing eyeshadow lately as well. Blacktrack fluidline and macs mineralize skin finish in medium dark and MSF in brunette as well as macs prep prime mascara and plushlash mascara have been my best friends! :) I love keepin it simple and natural.. so that's what i've been wearing.

Okay so honestly, I was frightened to even take day 30 pictures because I wasn't sure there was any results at all. I mean, I felt much happier in the inside and also felt more energetic.. But I didn't think I was going to see any changes.. BUT I WAS WRONG. I see slight changes esp in my stomach area on these pictures. I wouldn't have never noticed if I didnt take these pictures! They help a lot!! Can't wait to see more changes within my body the in the next month! I'm excited!!

I was really getting discouraged.. but changes come gradually, and you just gotta be very patient and watch what you east especially! Since dieting accounts for 80% of weight loss and 20% is exercising!

I really didnt think my body appearance would change... but after seeing the pictures i can see some changes :)

Oh yea, I'm getting braces soon! Yeah.. im a lil too late with that, almost being 20 and all.. but Its never too late for anything! Possibly getting them on May 26th! idk what the process is.. spacers first then braces? idk we'll see!

Hopefully I can catch up with my photographing skills.. ugh. I have a lot to do over the summer and I am super dooper excited to start it already!!!

I also have to study for my TEAS test.. a test i need to take in order for me to get into the nursing school.. ugh thats on June 19.. scared about that..

So, I just ordered Turbo Jam! I wanted something fun and not as challenging as p90x or insanity to do with a hybrid with those workouts over the summer. I also got it hoping my mom would try this workout with me since its isn't as harsh as the previous programs I own such as p90x and insanity! So hopefully this will help her lose weight and lower her cholesterol level since its very high right now. Can't wait to work out every single day during the summer!!

Imma probably do round 2 of insanity and mix it up with weight training from p90x and turbo jam!! ugh i'm so excited for these workouts! It's going to be tough.. but It just makes me happier knowing that I am heck of a lot closer to my goal! :)

Lets see.. okay the reason why i wrote this blog so late is because I cant freakin sleep right now. One reason is because i took a nap earlier in the day.. and a second reason is that Im scared of spiders and just saw one crawl right by my bed on the wall and got hella scared. I backed away and just stared at it looking a things I had to kill it with. I didnt want to just get a tissue n kill it.. cuz a tissue is just too thin n i didnt want to feel it get squished. And it might jump at me! So I looked for something thick, so i saw my panty liner box n took it n smashed the damn thing! now i feel like there's things crawling all over me!

i needa go to sleep fast cuz im hungry and I cant wait to have my chocolate shakeology in the morning! whoot whoot hoorah! rest day for me!

Hey yall, This post didn't come with a video today but here's an update! So I went home yesterday night after school because I had a dentist appointment the next day in the morning around 9am. So I decided to sleep early and wake up at 7am and work out! Look at that sacrifice!! Sacrifice for a great body at the end! So, I did Pure cardio but skipped the cardio abs for Friday when I do Plyometrics Cardio circuit which is the last work out FOR WEEK 4! HELL YAH! I'm so excited! whooot whooot!

Okay, So waking up is always tough! I think that's is the hardest part in the process of exercising in the morning is waking your butt up!! I don't even eat breakfast.. is that a bad thing? lol.. anyways.. another hard part is making yourself workout! Geez.. you can make up so many excuses in the world and make yourself think you have no time to workout! But damn. I stopped all those bad habits and got my fitness life on straight now! I no longer make excuses for myself and I literally force myself to work out. I don't care if I have to wake up hours earlier just do it.. Because I know in the end everything will all pay off! What what! So excited!

I planned on starting to work out beginning of January but failed because my bad habits and lame excuses. Then when I realized summer was around the corner and I wasn't fitting into my jeans and stretch marks were appearing I really made the effort to actually exercrise and follow through with a program called insanity!!! I'm so happy about myself!! and I am currently 127 so i dropped about 8lbs in about a month! So happy!

So I'm going to do the shakeology contest! I've drank shakeology here and there through out my work out but was never consistent with it. So I started this week on being consistent with it! I will drink every single day as a meal replacement for the next two months and or more, since summer is comming up! They said to start on May 2nd, but I'm getting a little head start on it! Yay i'm so excited for the results and i'm almost done with month 1!!! Recovery week next week. I'm a tad bit scared for month 2 and the fit test. Geez the fit Test scares the begeebies out of me! I feel like I can't improve any more. lol.

Women: 655 + (4.35 x weight in lbs) + (4.7 x height in inches) - (4.7 x age in years)

Men: 66 + (6.23 x weight in lbs) + (12.7 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years)

Then multiply your total by your exercise factor:

1.2 for little or no exercise
1.375 light exercise (3-5 days a week)
1.55 moderate exercise (6-7 days a week)
1.7 hard exercise (6-7 days a week)
1.9 hard daily exercise and or physical job
(INSANITY PPL USE MODERATELY ACTIVE OR VERY ACTIVE)

ex: 655 + (4.35 x 130lbs) + (4.7 x 60 inches) - (4.7 x 19yrs) = 1,413
1,413 x 1.7= 2,402

if you want to maintain that weight, that would be your calorie intake. if you want to lose weight, subtract that total from 500.

2,402-500= 1,902. My calorie intake on the video was diff cuz i muliplied it by 1.55 as the exercise factor. lol.

Hey everyone! I just made a new YouTube Channel for my fitness life.

whoot whoot! and since im almost done with my spring semester i'll have plenty of time to post new videos and such! I'm definitely more excited for the summer than i was a few week ago! Yay!!!

I usually make videos when I got back home for the weekend from my apartment. I live in an apartment 5 minutes away from my campus and come home every weekend! Today I did pure cardio and cardio abs. Instead of working out yesterday, I made it my rest day because I just wanted to relax from a stressful week, but I did not miss a day of any workout! 6 days a week again! YES!!! love it! tomorrow is beginning of week 3, and it's the fit test. I honestly can say that my workouts have been improving and I can almost keep up with them through out the warm ups. I love how it make me feel!! I just really force myself to work out! It's a great pay off! Well imma get cleaned up and hit the sheets! night bloggers

oh yeah, no.. unfortunately i'm not a coach.

Heyyy there! So I said I was going to do a hybrid of p90x and insanity. But I'm really liking Insanity!!!!!! So fast paced I love it!

Well It's day 8 for me, which means it's the beginning of week 2! I was suppose to do Cardio power & resistance but I wanted to do pure cardio, since I did pure cardio at my apartment and thought I didn't really try my best. So I did Pure cardio first instead of doing it on day 9! Just switched it up a bit. It wont hurt!

But yea.. It's my last month before finals.. which means it's going to be hectic. However I managed to do the full week of the workout! finally exercised for 6 days straight. I don't know how long that's going to last because of all the exams and papers coming up, but I will definitely try my best to exercise! If not, i'll wake up early before class to do it! But either way, I'm going to restart the Insanity process when summer break starts! whoo hoo!!!!!!!! up for round 2!

So this may be good news to me.. But I weighed myself in the scale, and I was 125! I couldn't believe my eyes! Last week I was 130 and I originally weighed 135. So I was kind of shocked. I hope my scale isn't lying to me. It's not a digital scale and in my opinion it seems more accurate than the digital scale. The digital scale I have in my apartment keeps giving me mixed numbers. So I don't know what to believe.

Lately i've been feeling more energized less lazy and I actually can feel the difference in my body. My tummy is slightly getting smaller and my legs are getting less flabbier. HHAHA. Overall, I just feel really great! And I am one step closer to my goal! :)
