Sunday, April 11, 2010Beginning of week 3 and starting off with the fit test! I did pretty okay. except for one exercise movement.
Switch kicks: Day 1: 109 Day 15: 120
Power Jacks:Day 1: 45 Day 15: 61
Power knees:Day 1: 82 Day 15: 99
Power jumps:Day 1: 29 Day 15: 50
Globe Jumps:Day 1: 5 Day 15: 9
Suicide Jumps:Day 1: 19 Day 15: 19
Push up jacks:Day 1: 14 Day 15: 25
Low plank oblique:Day 1: 38 Day 15: 52
As you can see my suicide jumps did not change. but it's okay.
