There's this appetizer at the cheesecake factory that my boyfriend and I love.

It's called buffalo blasts.

It's basically chicken stuffed in wonton wrapper and fried.

Turned out pretty good.

The only thing we could have done was to stuff it more.

• Franks Red hot buffalo sauce
• Canola oil
• Bread crumbs regular and itallian
• Wonton wrapper
• four cheese
• 1 egg
