Damn it has been mother effin hott this week!! and weekend.. I didn't know the bay area can get so hott! back where I live, the "Valley" its usually hella hott! and I always thought the bay area weather was always consistent.. but yea.. it is hott over here! I did hear it was going to rain over the weekend though. My roommate and I live on the 5th floor dorms and its hott up in here! lol. We have no A.C. here.. only electric fans.. oh well..
Anyhoo, I got out of class early and I really don't want to do any homework right now.. the heat is making me lazy.. however, I do have the energy to surf the net. lol!! and update my blogger. I received my epilator Thursday, and I came home friday to try this baby out!! and let me tell you.. the results were AMAZING! AMAZING YOU HEAR?! lol.. my armpits were as soft as a baby's bottom and it plucked out most of the hair. Damn, no more plucking for me is all i gotta say. Plucking is too much work and it strains my neck and arms! But this product, I got everything done in less than 5 mins with both armpits. It's really better than the braun epilator I recently had, which hurted more than this.

So, I was scrolling through my blog all the way up to when i wrote my first post. It's amazing how much I changed over the years and how well my makeup skills improved. lol. ALSO, another big thing was my weight. I looked a lot thinner back then my face just looked really thin and my face wasn't as pimply as it use to be midway through my blog. But my face is getting a lot better now.
School is getting pretty tough knowing that finals are around the corner. but i'm so glad because its just a step closer to summer. damn I have a lot of things going through my mind about summer. There's hella things i want to do. I'm excited.

Two weeks ago I went snowboarding with my roomie and her friend. We went to sugar bowl in norden, ca. I Also bought new snowboarding gear and i love my new board bindings and boots. I always wanted the color white, because I would see other girls with that color and it just look hella fresh, so i ended up getting a bunch of white gear including my helmet. lol! I was happy with my shopping.
As you can tell, i'm not a pro, I just know how to control my speed and stop lol.. I'll get better, next winter season i'll be hittin up them slopes like nothing. hahah!
The day before my roomie and I went to sierra snowboard and ski in sacramento to go shop for my new snowboarding gear and clothes, and everything was 50% off! Oh, how i love bargains!!! thank goodness they were all 50% if it wasnt.. damn i would be in major debt! hahaha!! anyways here are pictures :D enjoy!

At first, like many girls I started shaving my armpits and that left really dark spots on my armpits since the roots were still visible. It also made my hair grow back hella fast like wild fire! lol, the next day I shave it again because it would grow thick and fast. I also hate the feel of the pricks against my underarm as it grew back.. it was so freakin annoying!
So my cousin told me to try an epilator from BRAUN, and it was the one with the light.. I would have taken a picture of it but it's back at home.. so here's a picture from the web.
It hurted like a biznatch at first but slowly I got use to it. My hair grew back really thin and didn't hurt when I to pluck individual hair. However, sometimes it would cut my hair instead of pulling it by the root, so I wanted to try something new and better.
I ended up ordering the Emjoi eMagine epliator on folica.com. The reason why I ordered it from this site and not beautychoice.com was because beautychoice charges you tax on top of the price and folica doesn't. Also, I've been ordering from folica for a few years now and I really love it. The shipping comes really fast and they are very reliable. They are both the same price, but Folica is a bit cheaper because it doesnt charge you for tax.
I ordered it and chose a 2 day delivery, so I can get it by the time I come back home on Friday and try it out! I'm looking forward to it!

My story: I've been using this product a little over 9 months now, but I didnt really start using it until december of last year. My first jar of it, i rarely used it, only if my lids were getting dry and would start to peel due to experimenting with eyeshadows and wiping it off and trying a different style afterwards. Then, I started using this acne medicine, which is benzoyl peroxide, and it has made my lids extremely dry and flakey, especially after the shower. I was getting really irritated by this and this is when i started using up my first jar very quickly. I got a 2nd jar in january and i'm almost running out. I didnt want to buy another because it was getting too pricey and it didn't moisturize my lids as much as I wanted it to.
Pros:
- Moisturizes skin that is moderately dry.
- Can last about 4 months depending on how often you use it. I use it morning and night..
Cons:
- Very pricey!
- No SPF
- Doesn't moisturize completely, meaning it works for a good few hours and starts to get dry again.
- Comes in a jar
Would I buy it again? Probably not.

My Story: I was on a search for a good eye cream that can moisturize the skin around my eyes and I wanted to find something with a reasonable price. So I went to target a few days ago and ran across this neutrogena eye cream. I was reading the info about it and decided to try it. With it being more than half the price of the Mac eye cream, I figured what is there to lose. I tried, it, and immediately it made my eyes moisturized without leaving a glossy oily finish like what the MAC EYE CREAM does. Also, on top of that it claims that it reduces the fine lines around it.
Pros:
- Moisturizes around the eye
- Reduces fine lines and wrinkles
- Comes in a tube that can squeeze out the product w/out contamination
- Reasonable price
Cons:
- No SPF
- Wished the price can be a bit cheaper
Would I buy it again? MOST DEFINITELY!!
So hows everyone doing? lol, it's been a while I know. Schools been rough, but who ever said college was going to be easy. I've devoted my time to doing school work rather than updating my blog, but I will start updating again very very soon. I'm almost out of school, 4 more weeks including finals. So 2 more weeks of regular class and the last 2 weeks are finals. Then hopefully i'll be back on track!
