My boyfriend and I decided to try out this recipe

from BenjiManTv's YouTube site.

It's this pasta dish called Pasta Alla Checca.

It seemed really simple, all you need is time

for the pasta sauce to marinate.

It came our really delicious. We also grilled some chicken

to go along with the pasta.

Very simple, using simple ingredients.

Olive oil

Grape tomatoes

Basil

Garlic

Mozarella Cheese

Pasta of your choice

Salt and Pepper.

Let the olive oil, tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt and pepper marinate for at least 2 hours

or more, the longer the better.

Then when you're done marinating, cook your pasta,

add the mozzarella and more salt and just mix the sauce

and pasta all together.

Voila!
