My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years and 11 months. January 3, 2011 will be our 6th year together.

We met after Christmas time a few days before new years. After a few days of getting to know each other he asked me out and the rest is history. I never knew getting to know someone in a few days and becoming bf and gf can lead to six years later. He's such a wonderful guy and an overall wonderful person. I love him very much, and I do look forward to sharing a life with him.

Since we've been together for this long, a lot of people has been asking us when are we going to tie the knot, or when were going to have a baby? It doesn't really matter how long we've been together.. we all have different plans.. Just because it seems like we've been together for soo long doesn't mean were going to jump in and get married and have a baby. We have plans of our own.. we firstly want to be financially stable to support a family. Beforehand we would love to travel. Enjoy our first few years of marriage after i'm done with school and then once we're ready have a baby.

Now that i've gotten that off my chest.. I just can't wait for what the future holds for us. I am very blessed for him to be in my life. He has shaped me in so many ways. When I first met him, I was always afraid to share my feelings, esp. if something bugged me I'd just keep it in. He taught me to let things out even if the truth hurts, and now I can't keep things to myself. I just have to let everything out to feel better.

Today we did something different. Usually we'd stay in the house and watch movies on netflix.. basically we don't really go out much. Today we enjoyed ourselves at the park. We walked around.. which gave us exercise, and took pictures! I must say, my boyfriend has a really creative mind, and it was his first time using the dslr camera and he formulated different positions and things like that to make a good picture. He's a lot better than me. LOL! It was just fun.. and i'm just glad he came into my life. I love him very much!

Thank goodness for self-timers! LOL
