There's this appetizer at the cheesecake factory that my boyfriend and I love.
It's called buffalo blasts.
It's basically chicken stuffed in wonton wrapper and fried.
Turned out pretty good.
The only thing we could have done was to stuff it more.
- Franks Red hot buffalo sauce
- Canola oil
- Bread crumbs regular and itallian
- Wonton wrapper
- four cheese
- 1 egg
